Utilen Appoints Greg Chamberlain as Strategic Advisor to Advance Utility Sector Efficiency

With over 24 years of Utility leadership, including key roles as Vice President of Clean Fuels, Regional Vice President of Regulatory and Government Affairs, and General Manager of Power Generation, Greg brings comprehensive expertise in utility operations, advanced energy technologies, regulatory affairs, and power generation. His deep understanding of the utility market will enable Utilen to better tailor its platform to deliver maximum value to utility customers by addressing their unique challenges in multi-party transactions, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

Greg Chamberlain, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, has had a distinguished career at Xcel Energy, where he drove strategic transformations, operational excellence, and stakeholder coalitions in a major U.S. utility. His leadership spans power plant fleet operations, large transmission capital portfolio build out, engineering and project management, and navigating complex regulatory and legislative environments. Greg's experience in integrating advanced technologies and managing power generation has positioned Xcel Energy for sustainable growth and innovation in the evolving energy landscape. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, Greg combines technical proficiency with strategic business insight.

In his advisory role at Utilen, Greg will draw on his firsthand utility experience to inform the development of the company's innovative tools. By providing insights into the operational realities faced by utilities, he will help ensure that Utilen's platform optimizes multi-stakeholder relationships, streamlines complex transactions, and enhances value creation for utility customers in areas such as supply chain logistics, infrastructure projects, and regulatory adherence.
